Federal Government Approves Npower/NSIP Beneficiaries Outstanding Payment

Latest update on Payment of N-power Beneficiaries December, January, February, March, April and May Stipends

The Federal Government of Nigeria has graciously approved the payment of it’s N-Power Beneficiaries outstanding payment of Stipends for all months due.

Beneficiaries are been owed for 5 months ranging from December 2022 to April 2023.

At the flag-off workshop for independent monitors of the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP), the minister of humanitarian affairs, disaster management, and social development, Hajia Sadiya Umaru Farouq, announced that the Federal government has authorized the payment of all outstanding dues to independent monitors and other beneficiaries of NSIP.

According to the minister, the NSIP is the primary poverty alleviation initiative of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, consisting of four programs aimed at tackling various societal challenges. These programs are the NPower Job Creation Program, the Government Enterprise Empowerment Program (GEEP), the Conditional Cash Transfer Program (CCT), and the National Home-Grown School Feeding Program.

Some of the Beneficiaries of the Npower (NSIP) Programme has confirmed receiving their 3 months backlog stipends payment. For beneficiaries who are yet to receive their previous three months stipend payment of 90k made to the N-power beneficiaries.

Both the beneficiaries who received the previous payments and those who are yet to receive any single one are both waiting for backlogs and other outstanding payments.
